As most of our products are manufactured to order, we follow a transparent and fair policy for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.
• Cancellation requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted, as production may already be initiated.
• Once an order moves into manufacturing, it becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Iron Street specializes in customized and made-to-order furniture solutions.
- Customized products are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
• Any design, size, finish, color, or specification approved by the customer will be considered final.
• Minor variations in finish, texture, or shade are natural in metal craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects.
Return & Replacement Policy
We conduct strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare and unavoidable situations, the following conditions apply:
Eligible for Replacement
A replacement may be approved only if:
• The product delivered is incorrect compared to the confirmed order, or
• The product is damaged beyond repair during transit
Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
- Minor scratches, finish variations, or color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
• Damage caused after delivery or during installation/use
• Products that are repairable
• Customized or made-to-order items
All replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images and an unboxing video.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
• The product is lost in transit, or
• The product is damaged beyond repair and a replacement is not possible
Important Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be initiated only after internal verification and approval
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

Export & International Orders
For orders shipped outside India:
- No returns, replacements, or refunds are applicable on exported items
• Customers are advised to review all specifications carefully before placing international orders
• Iron Street is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes levied by the destination country
Damaged Shipment Policy
- Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery
• Any visible transit damage must be reported immediately to the delivery partner and to Iron Street
• Failure to report damage within the stipulated timeframe may result in rejection of claims
