Insurance policy for Furniture

At Ironstreet, we are determined to make beautiful, robust, sturdy, long-lasting furniture. However, we also get our furniture insured to prevent any discrepancy due to damage or product loss. The insurance-related policies are as follows:

• We request our customers to take videos and photos while unwrapping and unboxing the parcel as a proof to see if it is damaged or lost.
• If the product is received damaged, customer is required to reach out to us with photos and videos. You can also mail us in this regard.
• We will be needing certain documents like PDF of the mail, Air way bill, Invoice of the product, images and videos of the damaged/lost shipment.
• Our team will investigate and inspect the loss and state of the shipment received.

Please bear in mind that the insurance will be reimbursed only when the amount is received from the insurance company.
